We are now more than 10 Years in the Property Market in Germany. Startet in Northern Germany

to build Complete Houses and Develope Estates , end of 2001 we startet to look at East Germany

where Houseprices where down. Our own Portofolio growth very quick , after a while we startet to

make business with Foreign Investors in Leipzig and other Locations.

Currently we Refurbishing Block of Apartments in Leipzig , Halle and Magdeburg. Nearly all our

Refurbishment Projects are rented out completely before it is finished.

We have also created a Joint Vebture for Investors with a small budget. Starting from 15 € you can own a Block of Appartments with a couple

of other Investors. In most Joint Ventures we are Investing aswell.
